H.R.:

How much of the trading that you have interrupted as selling is cross trading. I have heard that the MM "H##L" is always around when strange things happen. I asked today for a list of the MM's and sure enough, H##L was there. Not to be pointing any fingers or drawing any conclusions, but it is interesting.

There have several been cases where H##L was involved in the MM line up where I have placed market buys and have been filled very close to the BID. I appreciate those situations and wish they would do it more often.

It is just so ridiculous to follow the MM's lead, thinking there is a sell off happening. You need to understand what is actually happening.

I do not know if shorting is going on other than the normal day shorting, but if the MM's find they can not create selling with their spreads or cause a sell off, they will certainly move on. I would expect they will try this technique several more times. If at first you do not succeed, try try try again! The only way we can spank them is hold on and make them look to another stock to play their games with. If this is what they are doing, selling cybershares, and they can not trigger sells, it will eventually cost them some money.

Good Luck tomorrow, lets keep working on holding our ground and protecting our investments.
