Hello Sergio, yep I expected some profit taking in QUST also. Funny when I spoke to management(Dominique(spelling?),and tried to explain what I was getting at(trying to outsmart the market and grab some free shares),he laughed,I must not be the only one trying to be sneaky.
We talked(you and I),about the ratio- price to share conversion, coming into line before the conversion date, and I agree-it most likely will.I'm just wondering if they're(the market) smart enough to take the dividend into account,in the price ratio between common and preferred, prior to the dividend date. If not,I would expect to see a dividend of,more than or equal to $.115 per share-could be a nice bonus,if one purchased QUSTP before the day the dividend is declared (sometime between the meeting on the 28th and within 20 days after)-of course I just gave away my idea to the entire trading community<lol> oh well..DD<g>
