byron, have been busy all afternoon. just took a while to catch up on all the posts. one thing is for sure, when a poster makes a comment not liked by others he gets trashed in a hurry. after talking with you earlier byron, something dawned on me concerning our discussion, why cant there be multiple helping hands globally instead of just one, food for thought. also, to anyone else still reading posts whose eyeballs arent burned out by now, news might not be out before open tomorrow but should be in am. (SCREAMING) SO DONT SELL YOUR SHARES IN THE MORNING IF THE NEWS TAKES A WHILE TO COME OUT.

TO ALL: Just a reminder. We are nearing the original goal of $8 for a new public offering. So expect it to be on its way. This makes for the possibility of a dilution of current value because of the new shares. But on the positive, it will bring many new people into the exciting world that we have in dgiv. All in all, a positive move for our company. Don't let increased shares at this infancy point get you scared out of what you have. THINK LONG TERM!!
