[I]t is common for the pass line people to hoot and holler when they win but if a dark side player does that they get dirty looks. Why is that? Yeah, I suppose that's true. I don't know why. The don't pass players didn't cause it to happen (well, in Vegas, where so many people are superstitious...). It's just the difference between cheering your own win and reveling in the other side's loss. Some people are good sports, some aren't. You're right -- it has little bearing, if any, on the stock's movement. More style points than anything else.
