Yes, Sly, you too have hit the nail on the head. Look everyone is upset with current management and their shell games... well now, through this reverse merger, a NEW management will enter the picture. It is quite possible that Mountain Energy is a PRIVATE firm that saw ICVI as a way to go public with out the expense and perhaps pick up some tax loss carry forwards...would love to know more details. Fear not, reverse mergers need not be bad for the existing company. And after all, what is ICVI really worth? Now, if they announce a humongous reverse split ala CVIA, well that may be a different situation entirely. But Sly is correct...there is at least a Future now. TG
