"European style" options are much better, in my opinion...you can still buy and sell the options any day you want to, you just can't exercise the options 'til the last day...I never exercise options anyway, I just buy and sell them. And since I sell a lot of naked puts, I really get annoyed when the puts get exercised to me in small lumps at no set time....say I sell 10 puts and they might exercise 1 today then 2 next week, 3 more next month, then 4 more on the expiration date...that is really annoying, and also increases commission. With "European style" options, you never have to worry about the stock getting put to you until the final day.

I wish all options were that way !!!!

Thanks for alerting me to this one...might have to check it out.

Mark.
