Thank you for your response. I'm holding on because I believe in the company, the technology, the future, and the great bunch of people that post (and carry on) on this board.

Could care less about the BMW. This stock sits in my retirement IRA.
I do however fancy the convertable.ggg

Seth,

Meyerson may be the best friend we have on an upside breakout. Who knows more about the company? Nobody with more resources. And these days it's becoming trendy to specialize in just a few stocks rather than have a broad palette. Sure we've 'seen' their selling and certainly heard about it. But who's buying the 25k blocks that pass the tape at the offer?

We had a big selloff yesterday in the first 100k. It was all over by 10. We tested but didn't match those lows a couple times on good volume. Just a lot of sideways motion for the rest of the day. We had the same base to the September runup. If you waited for the stochastics, you waited too long. And it all started off so innocently, a sixteenth here and the next day too. Pretty soon, we had 6 up days out of 7 and then we were off to the races.

First thing is to establish the trend. Technically, I think the short term traders would agree that the downside move has been effectively halted. Now that Meyerson has its money out, it has control over where Franklin can go. If it rises too fast the conversions get it and at the present, we're in no real danger of finding resistance via conversions. If I were Meyerson, I'd be slowly laying in a base right here.

Speaking of conversions, you know how Mark Twain doubled the size of the Catholic Church, don't you? You see he's credited with inventing the twelve step program and he found a way for people with too many cats could get along with people who didn't have nearly enough cats, in the Cat-holic Church of course.
