Being a long time shareholder in ALYD, my wish list would be for Bob Gruder or someone from the company to actually post on this thread and tell us what the Hell is going on, it seems to me most of us are in the dark and we deserve more, if we are going to stick by this company, we need some positive feedback, if I am being unreasonable, tell me!

Jeff-- to issue additional shares to do a split makes sense ONLY after the stock has appreciated over a short term and is not in a downward slide. Also, that should be the stated reason to request additional shares not to say one thing in order to do another--- more credibility loss is the result. Why would anyone want a split at this level to see the stock under $9? What can the agenda be? It sure is of zero benefit to shareholders now for anyreason---if next year nothing stupid happens and earnings rise so the stock price is over 34 there is a reason. That would cause some short term volatility but be positive in the long run--- at this time and at this level even a split makes no sense.
