watch April 24: INVA,PAW,NEON,TKLC,AFLX,SLVN,SSNC,INLQ,BOBJY,TSAI,PSQL Some of these are from my April 23rd watch list that showed strength (SSNC) or are beginning to show renewed strength. Others like TSAI and PSQL were on my earnings plays list and have reported after the close. So far I've 'discovered' some new stocks (PAW, SSNC, INVA, NEON, INLQ) that I've found in my quest for small stocks with exceptional growth, This is a must when the market is so OVERBOUGHT and good growth and value stocks are hard to come by. I will include these kinds of stocks regularly in my earnings plays. Right now I'm mostly paper trading them (except for PAW) SSNC which came from my never ending search for lower priced earnings plays hit nicely and was up 3 3/8 today and did not lose it during the day. INVA... which I posted yesterday.. did well for the second day.. I watched the spread go from 1/4 point to narrow to only 1/16 and it was up 9/16 for the day. I am watching this one in particular tomorrow since it came in line with estimates -2.25$ last year and +0.10$ this year. NEON**..Also the nice gain of 1 13/16 made by NEON this morning was wiped out but not before enabled a nice exit, the decline was not rapid although consistent. PAW (A favorite of my son's) which has been trending nicely of late was up 3/4 at the close of the day. Earnings report should be good next week. See the earnings plays for week of April 27-May 1. INLQ I discovered today in my First Call report listed as reporting Friday. After researching it for 15 minutes I was about to put it on a watch list, when I noticed it had pre-reported and had gone up quite a bit. It opened at 5 3/16 and got to a high of 6 7/8 before closing unchanged for the day. It subsequently lost the gain but I think it should be watched. TKLC finished the day + 1/4 and I'll be watching that as well. BOBJY that I've played before surprised the street 100%..
