<..The information i am seeing is now showing 37,217,000 shares outstanding. The last figure i can find that i had written down is from July '97. It was 32,970,000. If i am not mistaken, shares outstanding a week or so ago was somewhere around 33-34 million. Does anyone have the figures for shares out? I assume this is from convertables getting converted...> The recent cvrt pfd registered common shares at the same time. I'm guessing it's this? Also, I got a late message left today from NBMO that "based on the contract announcement, Vogel was out reiterating his buy today, and looks like the market has digested the private placement equity offering that that they announced, this is for acquisitions, no insider selling, talk at you in the AM". Anyone hear any further details? SteveB, I'll read WCII Yahoo (I don't very often, but since you suggest it) and then will check back here in the AM, then gone for the day (and H&Q next week) Also, last chance (actually, a SECOND opp) to get any technical questions asked of the company's CTO.
