TC2000 Version 4.0 costs just $39!
plus $5 shipping.

We'll start you out with a complimentary $25 usage credit, and your first download is free, so you can start working with TC2000 minutes after it arrives. Data costs will be deducted from your usage account as follows:
-$2.49 per market day for unlimited Internet downloads*

-$2.49 per Saturday for fundamental updates*

-$25 per quarter for update CD-ROMs

That's 14.94 per week times 52=776.88 plus $100 for cd updates plus $44 for program less $25 usage credit= 896 for first year.- $74.66 per month.

If that is the best TC2000 can come up with, they won't be competition.

TC-Pro was a good product but attempt to eliminate the custom scan ability, to cut down on tech support calls will cause TA types to go elsewhere.
