Rod - The point about an advertisement is to attract attention. It did, in your case. It is not important whether it is silly or not as long as it catches the eye and makes a person think about it. Maybe Del has made a mistake and maybe not. It remains to be seen. Yes it appears that the acquisition was paid for too much and that licensing would have been a better idea, but again who knows what was the actual situation that prompted the acquisition at that cost. You keep saying that it was a good action on Borland's part (ignoring the cost) so, the benefits may still catch up with the cost. Next quarter will tell the tale and this time I am an optimist (I haven't added to my position yet but I will). Ghassan.
