Has anyone seen the specifics and can comment on any lockup period for the insiders with regards to their ability to sell their shares? I mean what kind of time frame do the insiders face before being able to sell their shares?

Bellvie- To support your point about stiff competition --- as the market develops, don't you think that more companies like this will come up ... BRCM does not have a monopoly by any means... nowadays, companies like BRCM are intellectual companies... have the technology.. outsource/contract everything else... In our free market system, does anyone think that we have run out of brain power ... ofcourse not.. As the market develops, we will have competition coming in.. some of the existing big guys may jump in.... valuations will be much more reasonable then.. don't know what will that look like...
