Hi Sonny: Re: I think IBM is getting smart. They are starting to team up with Intel...maybe this is a pre-cursor to my Intel takeover hypothesis...after all, both stocks have been rising strongly. Maybe something going on here. The merger to top all mergers with all the attendant and phenomenal synergies to boot. Here's the latest update on FNTN. Something big is going on here as well. In fact this has to be one of the most awesome series of exponential volume numbers and corresponding percentage price increases I have ever seen in my entire trading life. After today's awesome performance in a stunning down market, I would have to say still much higher. Here are some views in support of this premise. About a week ago on the FNTN thread: www2.techstocks.com I asked the question: Will the parabolic rise in volume be translated into a parabolic rise in price? A resounding yes so far. With volume continuing to expand at each higher price level, it still has to portend even (sharply?) higher prices. The major influence on FNTN now is determining the strength of the magnetic pull that is attracting prices towards the $1.00 level. Remember, the base is so long, (10 months) and the structure potentially so bullish, that FNTN really 'deserves' a move from here that could resemble those of most of the Internet Flyers originally led by KTEL and then MARG that could take prices in the realm of 1000% higher. This is what the length and breadth of the current base is telling us and in fact geometrically projects. If the range and volume expand again tomorrow, then the odds of us traversing the 1.00 to 1.75 even 2.00 level would increase dramatically and this would set the stage for a further upside explosion. When you look at some of the great fundamentals that have been unearthed and outlined in the excellent posts on both threads, the next most powerful wave of buying could be provided by the larger momentum players as FNTN re-graduates to a Dollar plus issue and its potential future clients, (see threads for details), ie. Brokerage Houses, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies and other Financial Institutions begin to unanimously decide: I want some of this one in my bottom drawer...just in case. From a technical standpoint, such a wave of secondary buying could send prices several dollars higher. Then the prospect of Nasdaq status would begin to loom close as a virtual fait accompli and the next price level to beckon will be the old highs at $7. I can tell you from a technical standpoint, that if we get a full price retracement to the $7.00 (moon), about a 1000% percent move higher from this mornings low, then the next target would project us to about double that range to around $14. By then the stock would have so much 'big mo' momentum behind it that it would have to have $20.00 squarely in its sights. That's as far as I am prepared to go for now. Today's late turnaround was a potentially very positive development imo, market is up substantially in after hours. A strong followthrough tomorrow would be a welcome surprise. Too many bears emerged today it seems. Here's some late-day trading updates posted and Emailed earlier today: 2:05 pm ET Folks thought you might like to know that Internet stocks in general acting well today. They look like they will be first to recover as new market leaders. SEVL also positive. DBCC and ALMI trying to come back. FNTN is the definition of strength. Remember, when stocks act strong in a down market, the come back even stronger when mkt bounces back, so get ready. Phenomenal performance thus far. Totally Awesome. I guess FNTN deserves to finally catch up with the rest of the market's gains. Told you this one would be an 'out-perform' as per 'my upgrade'. Here's a copy of my 'Afternoon Delight' post and EM update: 3.02 pm ET: Folks Just posted this message - Thought you all might like to get a look seeing as things are shaping up. Overall mkt showing signs of a potential rally developing here - this is very good news - The better the rally from here the better the recov - let's see how it plays out. FNTN could really rip on this one, if we see some follow-through. New strong hands look really strong. Fed leak is 'Irrational Exuberance' damper in a different disguise. Don't be fooled. Asia still way too weak for Fed to act recklessly here. They know that if they raise rates, market will eventually go through the roof and give them a bigger migraine to deal with than the early headache symptoms they've got now. If you don't believe me look at U.K. Better alternative for now is steady as she goes. Update 3.12 PM: Here we go, looking better as we speak. A pleasant evening to you all Rgds Wiz
