All very good points. I agree completely with your assessment.

Here's an article about uP moves and pricing:

Xianming, I thought Rob posted earlier that IDT had given guidance for $18-$20MM in revenues from Clear Logic for this year. Agree that market acceptance of C6+ not a sure thing: I checked out a few of the links on the www.winchip.com site and found that several of the links had no info about C6 or C6-based systems. I emailed a couple of them to see how sales were going and so far only got one reply - from Comark in Chicago saying that they hadn't moved much and were not selling boxes with C6 as a standard. Not sure what to think about that. There were a couple of vendors that did appear to be moving C6-based systems in volume (at least their webpages highlighted those systems), but most vendors didn't have info about the C6 in any visible place.

On the other hand, I am encouraged that revenues are growing in such a sluggish environment and that the company is rolling out new products. The growth is slow right now, but it is solid growth into a strong headwind.
