Wes: I thought one of the "4 WINDS" said it was filed 3 0r 4 days ago... Maybe it will be after they get the Name thing straighten out....or maybe it will be after the STOCKHOLDERS MEETING in Dallas.......When did you get your notice? Are you going? Do you think Joe will show up? Are will he find excuse to go elsewhere.......I'll bet you one share of xecm that the following will not happen.... (1) No stockholders meeting....in either of our lifetime (2) No 10-K FILING'S (3) The same of S--T will be served to us, as usual...No change (4) A new set of Characters will come on the Scene.....From out of who knows where.....And their Names will be the best part.
