I am a new Silicon Investor member, and a fairly new shareholder who bought in when the new director, Robinson, was added. I have known about the company for over a year, but was concerned that it lacked anyone within management or on the Board who had any ability to "promote" the company to the investment community, and raise capital. With Robinson's addition to the Board, it looked like this was now covered. I was also prepared to vote in favor of a roll-back, if this was necessary to be able to raise new capital.

Now that Robinson is gone, are you not concerned, as I am, as to whether or not the company can attract new capital, even if the roll-back is successful(which I am still planning to vote in favor of)?
