The belief is that the board would negotiate best price based on value of the company.In that perspective, it supports shareholders best interest of getting the best price.>> Exactly, so to call it a "Shareholders Rights Plan" is a misleading misnomer! Again, I'm not sure that I'm against this, but call it what it is. G. W.
