<< OK - how about if we do a little experiment. Select any 10 stocks and using your TA, tell me if they'll close down or up in the next day, week, and month >>

First of all I didn't say that I only relied on TA for my short term trades. I try to use everything at my disposal, including FA and sentiment indicators.

Most traders don't make predictions about stock prices the night before. They need to see things happening in real-time to make trading decisions. Also, as a trader it doesn't matter to me where a stock closes, as long as I got out with a profit during the middle of the day.

Bill, what is your problem with using a bit of ta in an investors bag of tricks anyway..it would of allowed you to participate in amd from 22 to 29..elnk from 56 to 74 amzn frm 68 to 96.and if you learn it well it may even try to show you when to get out.....like i said take your head out of the sand...that said buying and holding a company like intel is an absolute genuis move.
