System Under Construction: Gore + Tmex + Dave F I'm surfing the wisdom of this thread on the surfboard of my own intelligence. (many wipeouts, wish I had a more aquadynamic board). Formula under construction and constant revision. Picker of the week: Dave Gore (DGIV, PNLK, LCAV) i think all these men (no sexism, these are the 3 who have caught my attention so far - well, okay I get (enjoyably) distracted by the clothing comments, e.g. "on the beach in a bikini" and do forget to track stock picks, but I'll focus eventually) are very well-intentioned. The point is to make money. But we could all sell insurance all day. Or be lawyers all day. Or be any profession all day and make money. If you dig it do it. The point is to make money and be entertained. It's a hard yoga to stay entertained while learning and sometimes (in my case often) losing a lot of money. But if you don't wipe out completely, it's a wild ride. And man, when you catch that big wave! (of course when I do, I'm still kicking myself for not buying ten times as many shares) I'm trying, with increasing success, to figure out what pattern Tmex wipes out on. Well, not much given that he can pump and dump. But why shouldn't he? And in his brief, rapid-fire way, he has repeatedly warned us all to paper trade at first. (though you don't pay enough attention till you take the losses on the chin!) It's extra hard to take the blame for that time I got too excited and did a market order on INTK, or didn't bail when I felt the downdraft (greed), or buy too much without DD........but when I do take blame, it's me who makes the clear decision the next time cause I know I'm in charge and no one has fucked me. formula as of this week is 1/4 T-Mex + 2/3 Dave G + 1/2 Dave F (formula unaudited) I thank you all. i'm entertained and many dollars ahead, and will learn to be many more dollars ahead.
