Hi,

Just to clarify, I didn't mean "hey, why'd you buy this stock if you wanted to make money?", but "what fundamental value did you see in this stock that made you want to buy it and do you think it is the same stock?". Obviously, you don't think it is the same stock you bought, and I'm wondering if ou think that is a good thing. It probably wasn't the stock you thought you bought even before the XLV deal, but do you feel better now? I do, but I agree that I would like to see some deals announced. I am still perplexed as to the way this company will fit in with XLV and Safeguard, and it bugs me that I can't get a grasp of the big picture here, but I feel with the new management and strategy, there will be good things ahead.

Best of luck,

--John
