David, you never post where you get quotes. When did Kim ever say that? Where did he say that?

I also don't see how you can say nobody is interested. EDS, BDM, etc. are nobodies??

Nobody but the body shops brought in income in 1997. I just attended a senior management meeting with my company and they said they will budget in August 1998 for a fix in 1999. They will identify in 1998 and then repair in 1999.

I think many companies are doing the same and that there will be a panic in 1999.

Also, let's not forget that Forecross hasn't funded themselves from selling more shares. I believe they will get more funding from more distributorships.

Let's assume that only one ounce of what you say is true ( and that is a stretch but I am offering it as an assumption). If Forecross has a group with options who are the same who bought distributorships then why wouldn't they put up more money to make sure it wouldn't go under. OF COURSE THEY WOULD. The REAL measure of a company's financial viability as an ongoing concern is if they can obtain aditional financing. Not what their balance sheet is or was.

I am struggling believing that people are selling based on your stories but I am conceding it is possible. What a shame.
