wrong. instinet at 28 1/8 28 7/16 at 7 according to dlj. called to determine while they were holding my seek sell order in "Pending" for their review.

Anyone know if this is a way to manipulate sell sequence to favor some investors over others??? as opposed to first come first serve open order??

So many posts, so little time to read...

So SEEK beat estimates by a nickel to show a 5 cent loss. Personally, I think the number is very good, good enough to halt this slide and reverse the downward trend. Good enough to resume SEEK back to its lofty heights, I don't know. Eventually, yes, but probably not in 3 days :-). One item that has not been pointed out is that the analysts that cover SEEK could revise their '98 projections higher based on the fact that we beat estimates by 5 cents. Also, any positive (or negative) news during the conference call could affect these revisions. I'm betting on upward revisions which should have a positive effect for us longs. Remember, early estimates were for SEEK to be black in Q4, if there's a chance to be black in Q2, watch out?

Anyone out there hear the conf call??? Would love to hear details or if someone knows the phone number and code, could you post it here?

As far as the NSCP/search engine negotiations, look for some news in the first week of May. Here's the full story:

Good luck true SEEKers.
