On the contrary, I want exactly what you want hard contracts and more financial information. I expect to see some progress in that area as far as releases go. I'm surprised yet, not dissapointed. I understand about third party approvals etc. I am not worried about one release or another my perspective is much longer than day to day which means very little in the overall scheme of things to come.

Pakman2000, you wrote: "Lets talk JV-agreements or aquisitions." Well, this release is referring to just that the closing of an aquisition
which, by closing assures of the licenses. As I recall, It was Mr. Dave Gore, that mentioned a # of releases and the last time I checked he does not work for DGIV, so how could he really know what may be down the pipeline and when?

A long term investor is not determined by what "price" they purchased the stock but, by their conviction and belief in the company and their patience in it's abilty to follow through on commitments. a month may seem long to you however, it is only a molecule in the macrocosm of time.

It's hard to see the forest sometimes for the tree's. Look closer
at the release and I'm sure you will se some important information
contained therein. If you are dissatisfied with the companies progress thus far, there are always options available to you.

Call the company and talk to someone that may be able to provide you enough information to give you a better perspective. Of course, there are other options however, those are reserved for the short term investor.

Not meant to be a flame just another perspective rather than the negative twist some might place.
