Well not exactly...a large short position already in place is not an anchor - it's an opportunity for an upside pop since the selling that created the short has already occurred. If good news is released the shorts try to cover quick and create a short squeeze. Maybe I misread your note?

I'm not dying of boredom either - just very perplexed and mad that I bought more on the last uptick when it was 13 3/4. It's in a cycle where good news isn't perceived as all that good until it shows up in the numbers. Latest earnings showed that large increase in sales expense and next quarter has to show a corresponding increase in revenue...or else.
