Hard to believe these guys will get their money. They probably have lock up agreements of at least a year, maybe more.

I don't know much about GNET, but I do see that GNET has not yet done an aggregate total of $1 million in revenue, since the company was started, yet has a market cap of $135 MM or so. With the SI dilution, the cap goes to $170 MM.

What are the odds of this stock staying at 29? Boy, talk about a an overpriced Internet short opportunity...
