I like the idea... Until there is a public change in WOTD's stance and we know exactly how we, as CVIA stockholders, will be compensated for their actions, nothing has changed...

One could say this is hurting ourselves, but, at this point I don't think we have much to lose. (From Lurker Post)

I don't agree. Both CVIA/WOTD and current shareholders (and I mean shareholders, not thread participants) have a lot to lose. WOTD folks have their reputation at stake, with many hours of work (and I am sure, money) already invested in this project; I, as a shareholder, don't want to end up with a ton of worthless shares (then, I would really have nothing to lose).

Present stockholders are unimportant to WOTD; we are a hindrance and a thorn at this time

I got the same impression, and I didn't like it. In case WOTD or CVIA folks are reading this: do not treat this as an ultimatum, just understand that many people here (whose holdings may range from a few thousand shares to a few million, doesn't matter) have invested their time and hard-earned money in this development, and want to be treated accordingly.

Bottom line: I am for a peaceful solution, and I am sure it can be reached, considering the caliber of people involved. I am sure we could collectively kill this deal, but can we make it work?

Best regards,

Milk

It is my opinion that WOTD's pending acquisitions are solid friends,
and have past and ongoing business interests in common
with Mr. Charles, and they practically love the agreement they
are looking forward to participating in.

Their interest to become involved will only be strengthened
if they see WOTD "have CVIA" on their terms because they know
Mr. Charles as successful already.

For CVIA shareholders, "the issue is different":

There is no need to give Mr. Charles the benefit of the doubt.
In paying for the advice of sound minds,
he has taken that benefit already, and given it to himself.

In my view, the NASDAQ Carrot is being used wickedly
against the CVIA Shareholders. In it's promise lies the excuse
which is devastating the price and trading volume of the
CVIA shares. So that is the issue that Mr. Charles should be
pointed at.

As Milk has stated, "This unfairness can be corrected
with NO damage to the future plans of WOTD."
