Joe I heard the call. Managment was very up beat. Progress on production, patents, finance, personell. Chariman to give four important presentation of PIXT flat panel dispay during march including Lehman Bros Technology Seminar.. More exposure for PIXT. 15.5" prototype has made significant progress during the immeadiate past QRT. and is on schedule for demo by yearend. Chariman feels this will be a technology breakthrough for plat panel display. First production units in limited quantity have been delivered to customers from the production line fab at UMC. Motorolo now has over 300 production workers in production making PIXT flat panel displays for the automotive industry. Fotoba of Japan has 280 production workers and sends a royalty check every month to PIXT. TI of Japan has come up with improved color phospate plates for the color dispaly line which have been incorporated into the pixt production units. PIXT was able to ship a significant number of engineering samples to potential customers and has numerous disign wins advancing to product introduction which have the potential to result in significant future orders. The Kaufmann Fund private placement was completed with the payment of a commission or flotation expenses. The Kaufmann Fund is now PIXT largest shareholder with over 1,700,000 shares. Just as a note Lehamn Bros, Hambract, Quest and several London based Analist activly participated in the confrence call with rounds of questions for managment. The overall impression was positive. Motorolo plans to have a very large display of flat panel products at the upcomming SID show in Califorina. Jean Luc commented on Motorolo as being heavily committed to the PIXT alliance.
