Take a look at current issue of "Smart Money". A full article saying exactly what your note said (SI Threads are full of extreme optimists who run off any bears).

Holyman - Thank you for your kind remarks. Yes, I still follow this thread, but not as often as I used to. It's quite an "accident" that I read your note, as I don't have time to read all the notes here. I have been side-tracked by other priorities, so I only check in here occasionally.

I find this thread to be a little too "euphoric" at times, and I wonder how many people get caught up in that and make investment decisions that aren't basically sound. I know myself that it is easy to do this. I'm not saying that Cymer isn't a sound investment -- just that at times when the euphoria is high, it might be best to
back off. The other day when CYMI was 28 7/8, I had a sudden urge to
sell my meager position, but I didn't after getting caught up in the rising price euphoria. See what I mean? I should be taking my own advice.<g>
