My comments re: shorting unshortable stocks are the following:
1. If firms are letting you get away with it, dont do it. Its not worth any problems with NASD, sec. They could disavow the trade and you could end up long some dog much below your price as well as facing a fat fine and other sanctions.

I have spent some time in Ken's site, etc.and a few other rooms and people are talking about shorting some of these at various online firms. In my post, i was commenting on someone's statement that Cybertrader or MBTrading were allowing this. Now, I know Ross well and respect everything he has done. I don't know Cybertrader but respect their well-accepted product. I am simply commenting on the facts as presented to me.

Just be careful, the firm and the trader and the client will be all joint and severally punishable by law.
