I'm making this too simple but it seems to me that anyone looking at the balance sheets of FTEL and FNET won't notice a collective, NET difference. It may appear that FTEL is making a sale but I don't think the street will consider that equivalent to a sale to an outside firm(excepting the 30% of FNET that FTEL doesn't own). The cash/assets just jump classifications between the two companies which for asset purposes are IN EFFECT one company (70% that is). It should, however, be better for FTEL folks that the cash is in FTEL's bank and not FNET's.

One main difference will be that the DVGs will start depreciating but at the same time begin generating revenues at a greater rate than depreciation.
