Re FTPS: Well Frank, so far it isn't selling off at all.

I may be joining you and Zeev on IMPX. Right now I'm waiting to see how far it pulls back. Also, Zeev and Mark both seem to like ASKEF. May play with that one too, if it drops into the 1.60 range.

Currently my entire position in CAYN is averaged at 2.15. Will add more if the MM's take us below 2. Otherwise I'll go with what I got.

Cayenne and Compuware Demonstrate Linkage of UML Object Modeling Tool and UNIFACE Seven Component-Based Development Environment

A Complete Solution: from Analysis and Design through Deployment and Delivery

Strategic Emphasis on Owning and Providing the Integration Speeds Delivery of Solution and Ensures Superior Support

PARIS, Compuware/UNIFACE CU2 Users Conference, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cayenne Software (Nasdaq: CAYN - news) today demonstrated a pre-release version of the integration of the Company's own market-leading ObjectTeam with UNIFACE Seven from Compuware. The integration effectively couples the Cayenne ObjectTeam analysis and design modeling repository with UNIFACE Seven's repository for component development and deployment, covering the entire application lifecycle -- from analysis to assembly to actuality. While Compuware, like many software providers in the industry today, enjoys multiple product partnerships in the object space, Cayenne's widely installed ObjectTeam becomes one of the first modeling and design front-end solutions with a working, demonstrable and optimized linkage to UNIFACE Seven through the new UML Repository API.

''When we partner with an organization, it is because they are a company we respect with a product that has value and a customer base we see as serious and important,'' said Cayenne Software Marketing Vice President Michael Jannery. ''In our definition of strategic, best-in-class partnering, we develop and own the integration of the products. These are not mere 'partnerships on paper' like so many which are announced in the industry weekly. With our approach, when or if an issue comes up, there is one vendor responsible for resolving it -- no finger pointing from both sides of the integration. Furthermore, we do the work ourselves -- there will be no third party developer to blame, as can be the case with other approaches to providing integrations.''

''Support for strong analysis, design and modeling is critical to successful component development, delivery and assembly,'' said Melinda-Carol Ballou, Senior Research Analyst at META Group, Inc. ''Compuware's push into the component assembly arena with UNIFACE Seven requires strong partnerships with players such as Cayenne and others in this arena.''

In this newest integration, ObjectTeam is used as a modeling and design front-end to UNIFACE's 3D strategy of software development, deployment and delivery. Cayenne's analysis and design capabilities fully complement the component construction and application assembly facilities in UNIFACE so developers are able to conduct analysis and design of the business requirements and overall system with ObjectTeam, and then pass that modeling information to UNIFACE, for component construction and assembly and delivery. Any changes to the component model made during development can also be reflected back to the analysis model.

''The integration provides users the ability to synchronize development efforts for all phases of a project resulting in better support for the complete software life cycle from analysis and design to application construction and assembly,'' said Roy Franzen, General Manager of Compuware's UNIFACE product line. ''We are pleased with Cayenne's rapid delivery of this solution. Time-to-market is as important for us as vendors as it is for our customers.''

UNIFACE

Combined with Compuware's track record of implementing large-scale, strategic applications, UNIFACE enables the construction, assembly and deployment of component-based applications for distributed environments, including the Internet and client/server.

Frank, I saw this posted over on the Yahoo message board. I don't have a copy of the annual report. Can you verify if this is true?

According to the annual report - they want the stockholders to vote on issuing more stock. Thats the ticket - issue more worthless paper and make whats out there worth less.

Frank, I could be blind, but I could find nothing stated in the annual report that supports the quote from the Yahoo message board that I posted previously. I have come to the conclusion that at least 80% of the material posted at Yahoo is either misleading or pure trash.

Currently holding 10000 shares and being very patient.
