Another lame message from the brass at Datek. They just don't have a clue do they? Its an arms length approach - they don't have the brains to say "My name is Joe - you got a problem - call me now - I'll fix it!"

Why? Because they know they CAN'T fix it. How do you fix a bad attitude? If Datek had the right attitude at heart, they would never be in this mess to begin with. They would not have let so many disgruntled customers on the loose. Probably the first guy I'd get rid of is the VP of Customer Support! Even if he was newly appointed - he already shows that he doesn't have a clue.
