If there are to many shares outstanding it becomes very hard to sustain share price and create buying pressure. The bigger the company becomes the more shares they release for the float. IMO they would not flood the market with shares until the price pressure was there.

mark you will get you splits and your 50 a share, but you do want stability because you dont want 10-12-15 dollar swings in a day like ktel. you said marginable, well do you want to margin half of your shares today and have a who knows how big of a margin call tomorrow because of a big instability drop like ktel. be patient, it will all come.

Mark- in response to your why stabilize the price, in my unworthy opinion, it is not in our best interest for the share price to go heywire, not even if it hit $50 on Monday. Those are the stocks that go boom in the night. We don't want or need DGIV to fall into that category. What we do need is slow and steady growth in share price for awhile. We've already had a zillion percent increase in a month. We need to slow it down for everyone's sake. To keep rising at the pace we have, unfortunately (and I hope this is going to piss everyone off once again!) will be more damaging than positive. Let's keep the lid on it for awhile and slow things up. There's plenty of time to go with DGIV. A steady rise will help us prevent a collapse and will enhance the strength and beauty of our company to the public. We need to keep the public in mind as we move forward into the world of Nasdaq and get out of the realm of the lowly BB and everything that it projects to the mass of investors. Most people wouldn't touch a BB if they're life depended on it. When we hit the boards and increase our float, we will be ready for the next big rise that Byron and Rocketman talk about. Patience is a virtue.
