20-25 million is too many because that then forces you to have substantial immediate revenues to avoid serious dillution, remember ou little baby is going to grow slowly, remember our 1 new multi-million dollar per month contract motto? we can always add more shares later, but reverse splits look bad and have a bad perception. you have to eps to go with those shares, dont want to get ahead of ourselves. eps suprises to the upside will do more for the stock with a smaller float than eps downside suprises with a huge float. also remember, it is not good enough anymore to just meet estimates.
