James, This dividend thing is great, not for the effect it will cause on our share price, but the information it contains to the investment world. There is NO way the market can ignore a company issuing dividends on 2 consecutive quarters, revenues in the $50million range, EPS prospects of multiplying, and continual acquisition growth. Most importantly, we have super strong current assets as is the reason for our dividend and continual strength. The market MUST take notice sooner or later! To top it off, more reitrees will be investing in DCTC for its dividend income stream......? Alright maybe not. - ST

James,
The first thing I would think about is it's more like a 5 cent a share dividend because of the special 1 cent a share we have already received. One of the reasons for the lag time between record date and payment date is so that all shares can be accounted for. Between the transfer agent and the company there is a specific amount of shares that DCI must fund for the dividend. All other shares will be funded by whomever sold them. This, in essence, would bring all the shorts out in the open because they are responsible for the dividend on those shares. It does not hurt them much financially but does cause them to be found out. This can help the company identify what is happening with the stock price and where shares are being floated in from. Will it have any effect on the stock price? I cannot say for sure, only time will tell. I think it lends even more credibility to DCI. The average investor who is looking for value stocks may see DCI as a possible play being the stock price is so low with an ongoing dividend<JMO>. Joe Murphy and Co. continue to amaze me. Keep up the great work!

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
