John, it appears you are a "new" STS shareholder, but let me give you a little history. STS has "had the property" before and lost it, in fact they have had 2 or 3 properties before and lost them. Lost them for a number of reasons but the two that come back to haunt them time and time again ... bad management, inability to get financing. IMHO, I think if STS is waiting on a major to help them out then we will be waiting a long time. STS has to be able to raise funds or they will lose this property as well. John, I am sorry if you find me negative, but I am only calling a spade a spade. STS has been unable to get the job done in the past and I do not see any reason why now will be different. John you can fool yourself all you want but don't shoot me down because I do not agree with your oppinion.
