The problem can be solved mathematically. If you are trading more than a few grand at a time, then you are better off with MB trading or someone like them. The extra $10-20 you pay would be insignificant. Datek just doesn't have the accountability that you need. What ever happened to checkwriting? Options? What about touch tone trading? If they are suffering some kind of prejudice from market makers, they need to hire some lawyers to fix that. Datek is fine for low dollar traders who can't expect perfection.

For the past 2-3 days, every time I try to log onto datek I get
a terribly descriptive "SOMETHING IS WRONG" error. Um...no sh*t!
So what is the problem and when will this be fixed?
