IMPRESSIVE COMPANY....JUST TALKED TO IR AND I'M IN!!

Scott Sitra at IR was great source of information as is their website. sitra.com

***************

***POSITIVES:
Earnings per share last year of .29
Earnings Q1, 1998 = .10

Average PE for stocks in this industry showing good growth of 20-50% = 26, meaning that based on last years performance of 29 cents/share,

TGSK should command a stock price of about $8.00

***GROWTH: 40% over last year, 150% last quarter over previous year.
Have secured the right in 3 states (TX, LA, OK) to distribute Mercury lubricants in US; Mexico market very lucrative, less competition (only Evinrude); breakdown of business is mostly high margin, Lubricant and Mercury Marine products, and 35% of business is in high margin luxury yacht sales (about 35%); smaller amount in jet skis (about 5%), which is fine because jet skis carry the lowest margins.

1997 revenue = 14.2 million
1998 revenue = 20.7 million

*** also filing form 10 with the SEC to become fully reporting, a voluntary step.

*** goal to get on NASDAQ or even AMEX; company is a bit frustrated that stock price does not reflect full valuation; steps with PR to brokerage houses being taken

*** FLOAT only 2.2 million shares, 7.2 MM outstanding

HISTORY: in business since early 1990's, family owned; impressed in conversation with Colin Smith; good feeling (a minor plus perhaps but worth mentioning; same with Scott Sitra...shares tightly held)

NEGATIVES:
False sense of volume and instability being created by MM's; big blocks being traded back and forth between MM's make investors a bit nervous since they don't realize who is doing this. Feel that the performance of the company will soon be recognized as they get the word out about the company's performance. Just came public on BB in January so stock is only now being recognized.

STRONG BUY for $3.00 minimum in 6-12 months

One thing I have definitely noticed in the past 3 trading days is that there are no longer 10k blocks being swatted back and forth like a tennis ball. If anyone gets the chance to review the trading logs, they might comment on the truth of that statement. The last 3 trading days have shown sizable volume approaching 1 million shares. The prior time that we saw such volume, there was a slew of 10 and 20k blocks going off right and left. My suspicion is that the prior volume was MM wash trading to simulate volume, attract interest and then profit off of massive shorting. My suspicion is that now volume is real buying in small blocks from investors accumulating and the MMs can no longer get away with 10k blocks. I am sure the fact that there are 23 MMs also has removed that possibility too. Far too much competition for shares now. Anyone else agree or disagree with this observation or its implications? Thanks. Slow and steady so far.

OK, our next poll. What does everyone here think these shares are worth?

A lot of people have sent comments about what they think the shares are worth when they reported the amount of shares they owned to Bill and I. It never dawned on me to keep track of this opinion, but the more I think about it, the more I'd like to know what ALL of you think. AND, I'm guessing YOU would like to know (and could find this information helpful) as well. This might also send a message to any MM's lurking around these parts. Since we all know TGSK is undervalued (we can all agree on that) I was wondering what you think those shares are worth. Here is what I'm proposing. If you have reported shares to us please follow up with E-mail to Bill and myself with an opinion of what price you think these shares are worth in their current state. I regret not having saved this information so if you sent in an opinion the first time please send it again.

<<Are you intending to get a count from the people on the new Yahoo board who are not
SI members? ....Just a thought.>>

Dacoola, I think that's a good idea as there may be investors there that are not familiar with this board. I'll take care of it.

Also IF at any time you sell any of your reported shares please let us know!

Information IS power.

If you have not yet responded, please send in the number of shares you currently own to myself nazanalyst@aol.com AND billpurcell1@home.com as soon as possible. Also indicate what you think these shares are worth.
PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH E-MAIL IF YOU HAVE SOLD ANY SHARES! All information received will be held confidential.

I am communicating with Bill on this matter via E-mail as some are not reporting to both of us.

Thank you for your support
