You hit the nail on the head. I was thinking exactly the same thing!! The tech department was too lazy to work on the problem and said "yeahhh we'll get it fixed early in the morning". Then when their watches showed 9:30AM, they were still unfinished!!! Son of a gun. A professional service should be aware of its responsibilities. Otherwise it loses customers quicker than they blink their eyes.

Bend the ear of the manager of tech department. This is just unacceptable!!!
