Hi John, I'm not sure if you meant the TDW question for me but... On the TA side of things: Since the decline in October TDW has had a very week RS and has been trading below its bearish resistance line. While other stocks in this sector like GLM, FGII, SLB, VRC, RON, HAL, CDG I could go on, have broken through this resistance, TDW has not been able to. Why? I don't know my answer is demand is not in control, supply is but for a more detailed view you have to look to fundamentals. There has to be a reason this stock has been under performing so badly.
