Looking at some very positive divergences btwn ult oscillator and price

1. Jan-ult oscillator bottomed
2, Feb- osc moves up and stabalizes thru March while Price continues decline.
3. Apr- Strong pos divergence and the oscillator moves stongly above 50 line.
