The reason it will not make difference is that Nasdaq is probably 6 moths away from happening, and Amex is probably a minimum of 3 months away. Neither SEC documents, nor Exchange applications are small forms. It takes days to prepare and submit. It takes weeks(s) to interpret and then the Due Dilligence begins. There are so events that will occur between now and then, to affect the share price. Therefore, to think that it will make a difference, at this point is being rather, no I don't think so. Not until other events occur, it does not make a single bit of difference.
