I do hope that current management can do the job, but hopefully with better firms than Gaines Berland. Gaines Berland, and specifically Alan Gaines, are well-known on the Street as having been big backers and "hypers" of XCL in the past, in conjunction with the disgraced Dan Dorfman.

Because of the small market cap, Tracer will not be able to get a Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley behind the company, but I would like to see someone like CIBC Oppenheimer or Howard Weil (an energy stock institutional boutique) in the U.S., or First Marathon or Gordon Capital in Canada get behind Tracer. IMHO, I do not think that current management has the contacts, or a positive enough track record at Tracer, to attract the backing of a quality investment banking firm.

Maybe we should be talking about voting FOR the reverse split, but AGAINST the current Board/management? Any opinions there?
