11:08 ET Imark Technologies (MAXX) 2 7/32 +21/32 (42%): Company announced late-yesterday that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire International Advance. International Advance owns a 29.9% interest in Voss Net, a London-based Internet Service Provider trading in the UK on the Alternative Investment Market. International Advance's interest in Voss Net is currently valued by the market at approximately $2 million. International Advance will receive 10.5 million shares of common stock plus 1 million shares of preferred stock and will thus acquire control of Imark. This stock ran up big yesterday and sold off. Could do the same today.

Rhonda here is link to INPLAY

briefing.com

My reason to post is to let those that own MAXX know about the news. Some people in the board bought below 2. When the Briefing.com news comes out sometimes is the time to sell. Other times is a buying opp. But be carefull when a stock appears in INPLAY in goes up and down rather rapidly. Follow it for a few days before you start playing that game.

Good Luck
