Valueman,

It will be a buying oppt. when LOR actually public sales its shares to raise some portion of $500 million. Am I correct?

So, what was the price of the 1 call made?

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Sounds like Loral will be getting approx $500 million from issuing shares, and spending, net of the premium of $35 million from Soros, $175 million. That leaves about $325 million plus the $200 million or so of cash Loral already has on hand.

Good money to have on hand for future deals.

I am just kind of p**sed off that Bernie did not call me with the deal first instead of offering to Georgie. I am sure the participants on this thread can pool our loose cash together and do the deal.

Don Limb, are you still out there. I am sure you would have sold a few of your cows to pick up some G* at 58 something.
