TO ALL::: just a recap.. these are my opinions and my DD as I have found them. You should do your own DD and buy/sell on your own DD not on any else's. I'm no financials advisor and penny stocks can be risky. Here's something for the new people looking into this one. Cashco is currenlty trading between 48 to 52 cents.. The stock has recently come off a high of around 90 cents after running up from the low 20's. It has shown great support above 33 cents and is just now starting to move up again on anticipation of some news that should beout by the end of this week. The float is only 3.5 million and a market cap of 25 million. Cashco is in the business of finding services/products that have a legitimate chance of generating significant revenues but that the management/company/individuals who have or own the rights to these products/services do not have the financial support or the know-how to bring these products to the world market. Cashco agressively seeks out and pursues such products/services and then evaluates thoroughly their potential and if found to be something worthwhile.. CSHK will aquire such companies or rights to distribute, market, andcollect on revenues generated from these items. In the Fall of 1997 new management took over CSHK and has started the process of turning things around for CSHK. The president of CSHK is RhondaWindsor (905) 898-0918 and I have found her to be very open and honest and she has an extensive background in marketing. This is KEY... CSHK will need someone with the knowledge of what products have market potential, how to package them, how to advertise and market and maximize profits. I think she can do the job. She has ALOT of enthusiasm and that's what it takes in the business that she and CSHK are in. CSHK is currently working with 2 current projects... one signed and one just around the corner. They also have 2 other software products that they are looking closely at. One has to do with videoconferencing and the other she could not divulge at this time. The current projects have to do with a product that she discovered. It is a wood-based kittly litter. Don't trivialize this. A product is a product It is very safe and much much less harmful to those who have problems with the horrible odors that normally come from kitty litter. She is agressively developing a campaign which will include Calico the Cat and some other ideas to go along with and better enhance the name and recognition of this cat litter product. CSHK has already set aside $200,000 of future earnings to be donated to charitable causes and they will use these opportunitiesto have contests that would directly correlate with name recognition for this cat litter product. I wish I could explain it all to you, but my opinions are that it sounds like a winner. CSHK expects revenues from this product to begin coming by this summer. CSHK ALSO has another product that many of us are anxiously awaiting to hear about. Back on 3/3/98 when a press release went out on a letter ofintent to acquire the rights of MERCED software products.. we saw the stock soar. That was only a letter of intent. There is rumor that we may soon hear the a deal between MERCED and CSHK is complete! The y2k software was tested and passed and Rhonda herself has tested it on her Hewlett Packard and it ran smoothly and efficiently. This product is compatible across PC and Macintosh platforms. It seeks out and searches all software applications in the system and reports back to the end user if any of the programs will be affected by the Year 2000. If so it will either have supplied with it a PATCH ready for the user to run to fix that application or it will have information for how the end user would go about contacting the maker of that product such as phone number, address, web site.. etc.. The test took about 4mins and found 50 applications on Rhonda's PC that needed a fix. Cost of development on this will be just a few dollars per CD...and the retail price will run around $60 to $80 but that has yet to be determined. This product will be marketed across the board. They plan on using initially the internet... then print... (direct response) and eventually retail. She wants this to be strategically and timely so as NOT to rush into things and spread things too thinly. As I understand it, this deal with Merced would give CSHK the rights for about 7 years on any other products that they might develop and Merced will get a $250,000 up front signing bonus (so to speak) as well as 6.1 million shares that will be put in escrow and cannot be put into the market until September of 1998 by which time the company feels CSHK will have significant revenues coming in. The great part is only 10% of royalties go back to Merced leaving a huge chunk for CSHK. 11th Hour... a subsidiary of CSHK is currently responsible for putting together the software package and the contracts between CSHK and Merced. Again they also expect revenues (if all goes well on the testing as planned) to start flowing by summer. You can find the charts on CSHK at investools.com to see what this stock has done recently on just an "intent" to acquire Merced... imagine if they do.. we're excited as well. The signing of this deal w/ Merced will be instrumental for CSHK and it's future. The company has VERY little liabilites and overhead right now... and is ready to begin a long and steady path to defining itself as a real player with both its cat litter product and its Year 2000 product... CSHK is always looking for products that the market has a real need for and works to obtain the rights to those products to bring them to the market and all the while establishing itself to be the one to receive the majority of the rewards while making sure that those that are partnership'd in with CSHK (ex:Merced) are well taken care of and justly rewarded for the efforts as well. You can read the last press release on 3/3/98 atquote.yahoo.com and simply type in CSHK and select detailed as the choice option.
