Real time volume at noon near 8 1/2 Million shares. If the stock breaks $20, I expect to see near 12-14 Million trade today.

Igor,

That's not what I heard. The average shares went down because Fore's average stock price last quarter was 15.75 vs a higher average stock price in the Dec quarter. The way this impacts the sharecount is that at lower stock prices, there are lower number of options granted to directors and employees in-the-money, as a result lower potential dilution during the quarter in question. As the stock price rises, more of the options that are granted will be in-the-money (implying potential dilution) as a result WNos goes up. Gill & Rosenberg (Director of Treasury) said if the stock price goes up expect that number to rise, a number of 5-700k was used but it is not easy to quantify unless you know where the stock price will be.

Fore has not bought any shares since early last year. They had bought 120k shares at the average price of 27!!
