I'm getting the same info! Supposedly the FDA has done an about face on this! The FDA researcher is indicating that the longer term data is implying that there is less chance that TMR's relief is psychological in nature (ergo:it seems to really work). Also, one of the medical reviewers, Dr. Boyce a heart surgeon at Washington Hosp. Center is quoted as saying that TMR "highly efficacious". It's about time we started getting some good news!

I'm sorry to see that you are harbouring a grudge, Tokyo.

In fact, I find it frustrating to see people (anyone) posting opinions as fact without a source to back up their statements. I'm pleased to see you are changing your style to include the source of your statements - it helps us all make better decisions based on facts.

May I suggest we (Tokyo, JF and I) turn our attention to this term "conditional approval" and determine what effect that may have on actual FDA approval. I don't have any experience with this stuff. You may have more information on this, Tokyo. Is that term used whenever an advisory panel delivers a positive result? Do you think it is something to be concerned about?

Also, any idea on the time frame (or date) for the FDA to either adopt or reject the advisory panel's decision?
