to All : Would it be appropriate to ask tgs and co the following questions: You strongly stated ( and correctly so) that the BTC /AGT/K&B was badly flawed. To my recollection I did not disagree As a consequence I and others pressed all of to shape up and resolve this situation. As may be recalled there was great emphasis on the on the recently instituted legal proceedings between them Which again was accurate. SOOOOOO!!!! WELL!!!! I find it strange that our SAINTLY ANTOGONISTS DO NOT POST THE FACT THAT THOSE SHORT TERM PROBLEMS HAVE HAve been fully-- fully resolved to everyones satisfaction EXCEPTING OF COURSE GMTC AND TGS AND ???? YOU ARE AND HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS FOR SOMETIME AND HAVE APPARANTLY DECIDED TO WEAR YOUR "ERRORS OF OMMISSION HAT" ON THIS ONE" GOOD TRY , BUT YOUR ARMOR HAS JUST BEEN PIERCED. ADDITIONALLY IT IS MY OPINION THAT EVEN IF YOUR REVENUE CUT IN SELECT CASES IN TX IT WILL ULTIMATELY KICK YOUR BUTT ACROSS THE BOARD (IN THE REST OF TX AND THE COUNTRY). YOU BETTER MAKE SOME CHANGES IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT A BLOOD BATH FOR "YOU KNOW WHO" THE PITY OF IT IS THAT THE WHOLE BLOODY INDUSTRY STANDS TO GET HURT. SUPERB MARKETING GUYS. TO BAD YOU COULD'T BUY A MILLION SHARES OF THE IPO. CAN YOU HONESTLY SAY TIS WAS NOT IN YOUR ONE YER MARKETING PLAN THEN MAYBE YOU WOULD PRESENT THE GOOD AND BAD TO YOUR FELLOW STOCKHOLDERS WHO ARE LOSING A BUNDLE WHILE YOU MAKE THEY SITUATION WORSE NO TIME TO PRETTY THIS UP DO YOUR BEST TO FOCUS ON THE CONTENTS NOT THE GINGERBREAD THANK YOU AGAIN TGS AND CO FOR HELPING THE AGT STOCKHOLDERS RESOLVE A REAL PROBLEM.
